I realize I missed Monday’s post and I’m going to try not to let that happen in the future. I’ve been caught up in things other than writing. When I should be at 11,000 today, I’m still around 3,000. I haven’t touched my manuscript in over a week. We had my sister’s baby shower on Sunday and I was caught up in helping prep for that.
I have decided that Vlogging Every Day In April (VEDA) is a bust. My life is not interesting enough to have a video every single day. But, I will try to have a regular posting schedule on my YouTube channel once more. I got some good feedback on my Plan With Me that I posted on Friday. I just need to figure out how to arrange my camera so it’s more head-on. Looking back, it was hard to see my handwriting and exactly what the stickers said that I was putting down on the page. It’ll be a trial and error process but I really enjoyed making that video.
For the rest of the week, my focus is my book. Catching up on my first draft for this story so I can focus on other projects I have in the works. I don’t even have to finish. I just want to get to the point I have outlined.
I have something very special I’m hoping to launch mid/end of May. I’m not going to say more until I have made more progress on it but I’m incredibly excited about it and I think a lot of people are going to enjoy it. I’ll have some more info in the coming weeks. As time goes on, I might drop some hints. Again, all depends on how much progress I make.
