I am failing so hard this year! I don’t know what I’m going to do. I was able to attend the local NaNo group write-in tonight but my stupid laptop took over an hour and a half to update.
Laying here in bed, writing a very dark scene… for me, anyway. So, if I wake up with nightmares tonight, it’s my own fault. I’ll see how close I can get to where we are supposed to be. Current word count is 9,688. We’re supposed to be at 15,000 today. I highly doubt my wrists will hold out enough to write another 5400 words. They’ve been hurting on and off all day. (Stupid arthritis)
I hosted my first writing live show today as part of my NaNoVLOGMo series for this month. And, what ends up happening? I accidentally delete it! What, huh? I don’t know how. I don’t know why. But, I did. There’s no getting that back now. I’m hosting another one tomorrow from 8-10 a.m. EST. Anyone available to join in, follow me on Twitter (@nerdwritergirl) for all the links. I need to be at least 5 K ahead because I will not be getting any writing done this weekend. My cousin’s wedding Saturday and then a bunch of around the house stuff Husband and I need to work on.
Next week I will actually post on time. Hope to see a lot of you tomorrow during my live show that I will NOT delete this time.
