Well, we made it a whole week at home together. Husband was told Monday he has to work from home for a while so he brought his work computer home and any papers he needed and set up his basement office. I nicknamed it “The Cave.” He did try to go in on Friday but his boss told him to go home. Claimed he couldn’t concentrate at home but his boss said he’s just going to have to learn because it could be like this for a while.
Little Bits, happily, doesn’t know what’s going on. All she knows is Daddy’s home more and that means more attention.
I still have to go to work. Medical facilities, like nursing homes, do not close. It’s only every other weekend and some Fridays so it’s not too bad. Then I can concentrate on my other work when I’m home like usual.
I’m in the process of creating a new SkillShare course. “Bullet Journaling for Writers.” Although, you can use it no matter what kind of creative you are. I’m hoping to start recording soon. I’m setting up a few things in my bullet journal and I need new batteries in my camera. Probably mid-April I’ll start recording and then it’ll be up sometime in May… 2 years after my first one went up. Hmm… maybe I’ll shoot for May 1 upload date then it’s exactly 2 years ago.
We’ll see how this coming week goes. I think we’ll feel better when the weather consistently warms up. Then, we can go for walks or, at the very least, open a window to ease the cabin fever. We had a 40 degree drop since yesterday so you can bet my sinuses are going bonkers right now. I struggled not to cough at work last night out of concern that I’d be sent home.
